Flash Pyrolysis converts any type of organic material and plastics into bio-oil (liquid), non-condensables (gas) and char (solid), by rapidly heating the input material in an oxygen-deficient environment. Theoretically 70% bio-oil, 10% gas and 20% char can be obtained. The actual percentages vary in accordance with the material being pyrolysed and the pyrolytic circumstances applied.
Main features
- Relatively low temperature (400 – 650 °C)
- A wide variety of input materials:
Biomass
Wastes (biomass and/or plastics)
Sludges ...
- Heat transfer medium: sand
- Optimal energy utilisation:
- A flexible product – Bio-oil
(green) steam/electricity/heat – gas
Self-supporting in energy – char
ALLGREEN™ offers:
solutions for a wide variety of organic (waste) streams / plastics
standardised flash pyrolysis plants of 5 t/h – small scale/decentralised (in co-exploitation)
WtM / WtE
green heat and electricity
a second generation biofuel
applicable in slow running diesel engines

AllGreen™'s aim is to:
develop and commercialize renewable energy from biomass and organic waste materials and
to provide the worldwide energy market with economically viable of this renewable energy resource.
All Green AG’s extensive research and development activities over the last ten years to improve and develop fast pyrolysis technology now allows to convert organic and/or plastic waste materials into renewable, storable and transportable energy by means of so-called bio oil or pyrolysis oil.
Core Activities:
Recycling of organic and/or plastic waste materials
Production of Bio-Oil (renewable alternative green energy)
Sales of Bio-Oil for heating & electricity generation purposes.
Company Mission:
To generate renewable fuel from organic waste and biomass by means of a unique and efficient conversion process and according to the closed loop economy principles.
To produce alternative energy from waste to a cheaper price as wind and solar energy
The 1.5 ton/h pyrolysis system is audited by a reputable institution
AllGreen™
... is setting up a production facility for bio-oil in Belgium and Germany. The close collaboration & partnership with the local waste management authority has resulted in an agreement to feed this (demo) plant with sorted & dried municipal waste. Subsequently we will sell sorting lines and pyrolysis plants all over the world.
The existing sorting facilities
... now processes & sorts the municipal residual waste. The output of this facility serves as direct fuel for the fast pyrolysis process.
Advantages are:
Conversion of municipal waste into a storable & easy-to-transport fuel
Ecological solution for re-use of natural resources according to the closed loop economy principles (waste → fuel → renewable energy)
Dramatic reduction of waste volume
Less CO2 or methane emissions (no organics/plastics on landfills)
Existing landfills can be mined and the organic/plastic fraction can be converted in liquid energy, in the same time the stinking and rotting problems of landfills are being solved
Solving environmental problems
Production of electricity/heat from waste
Economically viable
Pyrolysis oil is storable, transportable and possible to refine. Additionally, you can use the oil at the moment you need electricity or heat. So in combination with wind and solar energy you can use the oil at moments you don’t get energy from other sources.
